If you could use a few simple exercises that would enable you to propel the golf ball more distance that you have seen your self hit it before how would you feel? And if you found out you could so this with out investment into equipment and only a small quantity of your time and you could do them anywhere. well almost anywhere it would probably be best to do at home as you would look a bit weird doing this on the gold course. The golf swing requires stability at a core level and also requires that of flexibility, balance and strength. Being able to coordinate these elements is vital. Your centre of balance is were it all happens maintaining the correct posture is important in being able to progress as a pro golfer. All you need to do is perform the following exerciseThe Cracker: Find some spare floor and lie down facing the ceiling keep your knees bent place your hands behind your head and lean forward to raise you shoulders form the ground hold for a moment and then relaxThe Twisting Cracker: The same as above but as you lead forward you twist your shoulders to either the left or the rightThe Board: start by lying on your front with your legs strait place elbows under your shoulders and hands out stretched to the front then raise your self up onto your elbows and toes and hold for about 20 secondsby strengthening your centre of gravity you could add 20 yards to your drive perform these exercises daily and you will soon see the pay off
